Winged Victory Mercy

This is a chibi style using no lines and a chalk brush. I love the bright colors, and I'm really liking the texture brushes. I want to flesh out the style a lot more, and hopefully get a lot faster with it, as it takes me about two days to finish one of these at the moment.
